Autism, also known as autism, has been recognized as a pervasive neurodevelopmental disorder frequently occurring in infancy and young children, mainly manifested as social interaction impairment, impairment of communication (verbal and non-verbal) functions, and repetitive stereotyped behaviors , often accompanied by a variety of clinical symptoms such as intellectual disability, epilepsy or hyperactivity, usually before the age of 3 years. Our study demonstrated that Lactobacillus helveticus CCFM1076 can regulate intestinal function and is effective in relieving autism. The use of probiotic-related dietary intervention strategies and approaches also opens up new avenues and solutions for alleviating autism.
